When we were babies all we needed to be happy was food and a clean diaper. We would Laugh and enjoy almost anything. Believe it or not happiness is easy.
We make it COMPLICATED!
Society says we “NEED” to have excessive amounts of MONEY to make us happy, because without MONEY you can’t BUY a house, BUY a car, BUY the clothes we “NEED”, BUY the JEWELS we “NEED”!
We “NEED” a Boyfriend/Girlfriend/Wife/Husband or we CANNOT be HAPPY!
We “NEED” Alcohol, Weed, Drugs otherwise we CANNOT have FUN at a party!
We “NEED” the latest most expensive clothes, jewelry, cars, accessories otherwise we won't be considered SUCCESSFUL!
We as a society have been so brainwashed by commercialism, and materialism, and consumerism, and countless other “ism’s” that we have lost sight that most of these things we think we NEED are just things we have been tricked into WANTING.
Happiness isn’t a learned behavior, it isn’t something you need to be taught. However now a days we have seminars, and psychologists, and Blogs, and support groups, because when we grow up we CONFUSE the natural way of things with all of our selfish, greedy, unhealthy actions, emotions, and wants.
“I can’t dance unless I’m Drunk”
“I can’t Function without my IPhone”
“I can’t be happy He/She doesn’t want to be with me”
“I Don’t have anything to wear”
“I can’t stay calm unless I smoke Weed”
How many times have we said these things or heard these things.
WHAT HAPPENED TO US!?!
Being HAPPY isn’t some out there, unreachable theory, that can’t be comprehended or achieved.
WE HAD IT!
WE LOST IT!
Food and a clean Diaper, that’s all we needed when we were a baby.
Simplify your life.
Shift your thought process to really analyze what is important and what is not,
UNDERSTAND what is a WANT and what is a NEED.
Happiness is EASY!
So EASY a BABY can do it!
